Owned the product backlog for an SAP Fiori application managing the full product lifecycle — from ideation through go-to-market distribution. Collected requirements from business users, translated them into epics and user stories, coordinated with developers, and resolved data pipeline issues. Drove internal adoption through knowledge-sharing and stakeholder collaboration.

Led the material deduplication work stream as part of a large-scale data quality initiative following the consolidation of hundreds of individual ERP systems into one S/4HANA instance. Identified duplicates across multiple material groups, defined uniqueness criteria, and designed end-to-end resolution processes including open orders, stock transfers, and downstream dependencies.

Built a multi-step deduplication system using Cologne phonetic, N-gram, and other state-of-the-art matching algorithms to identify duplicate vendors and customers across multiple SAP systems. Leveraged transactional data to determine golden records, delivering a prioritized cleansing list that enabled the client to consolidate their entire vendor and customer base.

Architected and implemented a reference data solution as a custom add-on to an existing SAP MDG implementation. Built a catalog of data objects and mapped cross-system data relationships, connecting decentralized subsidiaries through a centralized reference architecture. Led stakeholder interviews, developed the business case, and delivered the implementation.

Established data governance from the ground up for a leading global food manufacturer. Created data domains, built the three-layer data model (business, logical, technical), conducted interviews from C-level to operational staff, and defined governance processes to consolidate and leverage data distributed across multiple systems.
